TouchWorks provides three types of services;

1. Consultancy Service

A Business Analysis Consultancy Service is offered which uses an investigative and consultative process to identify and quantify any weaknesses and leakages in your business. A detailed proposal for addressing these issues is then developed and presented to you.

2. Bespoke Software

To address those areas for which a commercial solution is not available or which is inadequate, a bespoke software writing service is offered. Proven methods are used to clearly identify your requirements and from this a detailed specification is produced which is agreed with you before any programming is undertaken. This means that solutions are tailored to exactly match your needs and are guaranteed to be on-time and on-budget. If you need a software engineer, we can deliver the solution.

No job is too small for us, we write utilities and DLLs also!

3. Developing Off-the-Shelf Applications

TouchWorks has a proven track record in the development of major off-the-shelf applications. Commonly referred to as “shrink-wrap software” titles developed to date include “TouchStore Epos“ and ”Take Five Retail“. Click the links below for more information on these titles.
